Dear Sir / Madam,
I have a postpaid connection of Airtel (Rajasthan). No. of this connection is 9829078456. I am having this connection since more than 10 years. I am paying all the bills regularly since beginning. From today onwards they have stopped the outgoing call services without any justified reason and any notice. When I enquired about it, they informed me that bill of Rs. 1050/- for a connection in the name of my son Anil Jain is unpaid since last 2 years on his earlier no. (9829765456).
If my son has not paid the bill, what's my fault in it? When I asked them to justify the reason, they told that address of both the connections are same. I don't think that it is a justified reason.
Plz help me in this matter. My simple complain is that why should I face the consequences of wrong doings of my sons.
