BSNLs Broadband service has always been taken up to great heights by the citizens of the Kamrup Dist. But this image does not always hold good, like in the case briefed below:
I applied for BSNL Broadband Data One 250 plan at my residence telephone (0361 2475194) on about 3rd of March,2006 which was followed by delivery of ADSL Modem, confirmation of the Broadband connection over telephone & detailing of the username & the password. But things went wrong from here as till date I have not been able to avail Broadband connection using the said Data One 250 plan.
Complaints were registered with the Data One helpline, dated 11th April,2006 & the complain number is X 8932 but all went in vein after repeated pleas. I even contacted an SDO over telephone, which was also of no use at all. Now I am in a darkzone regarding Data One connection. Hope the online complain site solves my problems
