i had booked railway tickets from the inde pay terminal no 9541200580 on 19/12/08
but tickets was not booked and payment was debited from my itz cash card account.
the indepay representative told me that ticket was not booked and the payment which was debited has been refund to your account and asked me to contact railway customer care when i approached to railway they told me that ticket was booked successfully.i then approached indepay again now they say that in our server it is showing that ticket was not booked. railways has confirmed me that ticket was booked and the also gave me the PNR no of the ticket.
ihavent recieved the ticket from inde pay terminal and today itself i have the brn no to confirm that ticket was not booked. i then approached to the itz cash card represantative and gave him all the details he personally told me that there has been no refund instruction given to them by the inde pay staff .the person to be contacted in itz cash card company is harinam singh and deepak
