It has been more than a month since I purchased Tata Safari vehicle from Manipal motors (the last piece of the 3.0 litre version, VX model). They have made me roam to their showroom in K R Road, Bangalore a number of times telling me that they would fit the promised accessories (as promised during the time of purchase). However, Mr. Sayed, the Manager there is telling some or the other reason and asking me to come after 2 days, after three days, etc.,
I must have gone to the showroom atleast 8 - 9 times in this one month. Now, from last week he is not even picking my calls.
He has to mainly fit for me: 3M Sunfilms & Bull guard.
He is not behaving responsibly even after I raised my quote price for the vehicle after he told that he would fit the above accessories.
I have been wasting a lot of time and money behind it as well, its sunny out there without the sunfilms difficult to manage in the day time and I commute in highway and ring roads where a lot of buses and lorrys travel and hence feel less secure without the bullguard.
Kindly action the above two items for my vehicle and help me in this regard. Since one month, I have been waiting for these two items.

|Action||Manipal Motors has to solve, else, Will complain to Tata Motors, still further Issue will be raised in the Consumer forum, If not satisfied with the results, I would apply for a legal battle claiming for all possible mental tortures and emotional disturbances and for my valuable time. The more time it takes, the higher would be the claim. |
