I took my vehicle UP 80 AW 2050 having JC no. JC08003796 and the same was done by Mr Sanjeev Kumar (Mob No. 9911230084). This was my first service at Apra Gurgaon within last 2 years.
I, took my vehicle thrice at Apra after having my conversation with Sanjeev but the problem didn't resolved till yet. One of my part is still pending of wheel cap and no one turned up to get it back to me till date. The complaint made by me for the noise of the Door is still there. Apart of this they had broken my antenna and no one told me about this as well.
I need your kind intervention for the same to get it resolved or just let me know to whom I have to make contact in Maruti for the same as I'm totally dissatisfied from the services given to me by Apra.

|Solution of your complaint||Provide the best solution & keep customer in loop, as my part was broken & they charge me Rs 6500 for the service as well & didnt get the satisfaction after that. |
|Action||Provide training to the engineer for handling such problems & in repeat of such case the problem should be handed over to his\her senior. |
