I had purchased a mobile handset of HTC P3350 in May 2008, and just after one and a half month the handset developed some faults i.e. restarting again and again. It was submitted to your service center immediately, but after spending 3 months and hundreds of rounds at your center and everyday exchange of dialogue I was given the DOA and was asked to get the mobile handset exchanged from the supplier.
The supplier at the city level has denied to change the set as it was not purchase from him and now after a month and so it was sent to the dealer Rudraksh Enterprises in Jaipur (Rajasthan) with the help of the shop owner from where the handset was purchased.
After calling at your service center several times and contacting the concerned person in Jaipur no satisfactory answer is given. Nor the mobile has been replaced nor any decision has been taken. Now more than a month has passed and still no progress in the case, I am fedup with the company and its big name.
