My washing machine is not working for past 1 month and last time when we had a similar problem the technician did some workaround intead of fixing it properly because of which we are again facing this problem.
I have this complaint for past 1 month and everytime I call them they say that the problem will be resolved or they will look into it but till now nothing has been done.
|Solution of your complaint||I think if we can escalate this compalint to some higher authorities then it will not take that much of time or at least it will make the customer care people more responsive. |
|Action||We will go to consumer court if this problem is not resolved since the product is still in warranty and we will file a case. |
