I had purchased nokia N85 and it was within a month that it reported a hardware issue, I asked for a replacement but the nokia care executive are not at all ready to listen. I was really disappointed the way nokia people responded to me.A guy from nokia called me regarding this issue but when was not able to convince me said to me that they will not replace the mobile and hung up the phone on me. I just want to know that this is how nokia care people care for their customer's and if yes then they are not authorized to keep this name as they don't care for their customer's.
The only issue with me is that I don't want to get my brand new mobile converted into a repaired mobile within a month and that too not because of my mistake.The mistake was from nokia's end but they are not ready to accept.
I don't want anything more than a replacement from nokia.
