sir we took a broadband conection from tataindicom on 20 dec2008 . we paid three month rent in advance by cheque of rupees 3764.
they said that it is 24 hours service
but its not working properly from starding days
we did complaint lot of time
we call lot of time to their customer care centre but we didnot get good response
they also give complaint no. 24905591
i said to them plese give us refund of those days in which i didnot use net
tthey give resoan that its their internal problem
