I stay at bhandup and take rickshaw from station till airoli toll naka. Fare always comes between 31 to 35. Today when i took rickshaw # MH03AA4452 meter showed 460 which means i had to pay him 45 rs which was too high. When i told him his meter is fast he started saying this is usual fare and you travel in my auto twice and always paid 45. When i warned him i will compalin against him he said go ahead. It ahppened with me many times but i never complaint about it.
Please take sever action against these rickshaw drivers whose meter is fast, are harsh in driving, talk rudely and refuse to go @ certain destination. We dont have any number to call immediately to complaint about them. If possible do provide that too.
|Solution of your complaint||Traffic Department should have certain 24*7 numbers for public. So that when any rickshaw driver misbehave or has manipulated meter public can instantly call on the number and get it solved. |
