LETTER SENT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE:----
This is Namita Singh , Regional Head Retail Operations,heading entire north india with Royal Sundaram General Insurance , Gurgaon.
I had purchased a nokia 6220 on 26.10.08 from "The mobile Store" sector 14 , gurgaon.Within almost 20 days i had developed a problem in the handset wherein i couldnt use the Camera..
When i took the handset for servicing at Varun Enterprise Shakarpur , Mother dairy road , Delhi 92 , i was told that it would take 15 days of time to get it rectified after inspecting the mobile. (JOB CARD NO :ASC 016 434038 )
To all my surprise and utter dismay i had received an sms yeserday saying that the seal is already broken hence the mobile cant be serviced !! While the fact remains that i have not given my handset to any other servicing centre why is this cold response???!!!!!
I need my handset to be serviced with Nokia care and i am willing to get carried away by the flimsy excuse given by services.
Iam heading services division for my company and i assume that Nokia understands the importance of customer services as i do and expect to respond to the complaint in a much more positive and professional approach..
Looking forward for a hassle free service else i would be forced to take other appropriate actions against the faulty people and institution concerned..
