The car/suv Tata Safari has been purchased by my client Alok Mishra & Associates Jabalpur M.P. The said car has been purchased in the year 2007 which is registered as MP20CA 0055,after satisfactory two years in the month of December 2008 one day the indicator in the display meter of the Car indicates about "Engine Check" this problem was occoured due to which they rushed to the nearest Service station of Tata Motors that was Sukh Sagar Motors, Jabalpur. But their Engineer and workers were not able to solve the problem and they told that it is a Manufacturing Defect and told us to ignore the indicators lights it will not cause any problem to the vehicle .This complaint was also mentioned to the Executives of Mumbai by telephone after which the Vehicle was once again send to the Workshop but was returned back without any repair with assurance that the Engine has no problem. On 07/01/2009 the problem occurred in the Vechile due to which the Engine was Ceased and it was sent to the Workshop. Now the Engineers are telling my Client that Engine has been Ceased and it will cost 1.5 lakh to repair it which is not the mistake of my Client because the negligence was not of my client but it was on the part of your Workshop Engineer who did not attended the problem and repaired it timely. Now I kindly request you to get the vehicle repaired as early as possible without any cost. If your company will not help us then we have no remedy except to go before the Hon’ble Consumer Court.
