We had bought certain products from your showroom on 11.01.2009 & was told that these could be exchanged if there is any problem except on saturdays & sundays.
There was some problem with the size of one of the product & we went on 12th of Jan i.e. Monday for getting it changed but to your surprise the attitude of the person Mr. Nadeem Zakir
was absolutely indifferent & in fact he misbehaved to the extent of saying that he will call the police if he was forced to change. The other officials were courteous but this man was not ready to reconcile.
|Solution of your complaint||It is for the company to decide that what action has to be taken so as to avoid causing undue anxeity for the customers because this ultimately would withdraw customers from Reebok as the Goodwill of the company is at stake. |
|Action||I would personally not visit Reebok & would further communicate this to my freinds & relatives towards the behaviour of the employees at reebok. |
