Ibought Sony Vaio considering the authenticity&quality of the service provided by other sony products in the market.But Iam dissatisfied with the VAIO because every other day I have to visit the service centre for a newer working error(complaint).
I sparingly used my VAIO initiatially for few months.Istarted utilising the facility in SEPTEMBER only.firstly,camera was not functioning it got replaced by the service centre in sec34.Then charger went out of order ,which too was replaced by the service centre.then volume got eliminated which too was recovered by the service centre.Apart from this system was serviced for slow speed and abrupt automatic execution of some programs.today also,system is not getting properly charged and producing internal rattling sound during the running of programs.Even my keyboard is not typing the comma used in apostrophy words (such as man"s) .For how long I keep on encountering problems in the machine functioning?
|Solution of your complaint||Nodoubt the service centre is curing every trouble,but how long this lasts? After the warranty period is over; it will pinch my pocket.If this particular machine is prone to giving troubles then it should be REPLACED as early as possible. |
|Action||before taking any action let me remind that the customercare cells are a trend now-a-days with almost every organisation but how far the they fulfill the requirement? Replacing my machine is not dearer than company"s image among the customers (a quality service provider ofcourse!)
Or U suggest an action as a remedy to my machine causing trouble every time I operate it. |
