sir, this is to inform u about the dissatisfying services provided to
the customers by authorized service center and customer care.
sir, i've purchased a new sony ericsson cell phone, model no. c905
worth rs 31,200 from mobile store delhi. the warranty provided was of
1 year, whereas the set started malfunctioning within one month.
first the ear piece went down and then distortion in display started.
it used to go blank and auto off.
we reported the problem in the authorized service center unit of
dehradun on 8th jan 2009. the complaint id was SES09AIN10058.
now the problem is that they are giving us date on date. i've shown
them my urgency but they are just making fake excuses and troubling
us. sometimes they say that there is some work going on in the company
HQ in chandigarh and sometimes they reply that they have no solution
of the problem occuring in the phone.........
u reply me what to do in such a condition????
