i had bought an airtel SIM in 4th week of november 2008 with an activated internet plan of Rs.250 providing unlimited internet usage and a validity of one year.it worked for one month after which the airtel company barred my incoming and outgoing calls because of lack of documents but i had submitted my documents when i bought the SIM and i had also got a verification call in the starting.then,i again submitted my documents at the local airtel office(jalandhar) after which they unbarred my incoming calls but my outgoing calls and internet connection was still barred.The customer care asked me to wait but after a week,i noticed they had unregistered my SIM card.i asked my SIM dealer and the airtel office staff.both of them are blaming each other and talking to me in inappropriate language.
now,i am left with an unregistered SIM card which was having a balance of RS.80 in it and a validity of one year,and no internet facility on my mobile.
|Solution of your complaint||I will be grateful if the airtel company registers my SIM card again with my balance and validity
and deal with the airtel customer care for their inappropriate behaviour and bad language. |
|Action||ill never buy any airetl product and will encourage my friends to do the same.if i were rich,i could have filed a court case |
