i am purchasing an new swift ldi on 3rd november 2008 fro M/s Hissar Automobiles, Hisar haryana. and the same day when i am taking delivery of my car they said to me the price of your car is increased insted of 481807.00 to 487000.00 and take out the same price payement and taking 2395.00 rs extra from this for 3 rd year warrenty. but after a week another person that purchase an also an swift ldi on same day say to me the price is same and no price hike on that day. then i concern the distributer official and the head mr. malik from hissar automobiles and they say that u write an application to us and attached the copy of bill then the refund is after some day is given to you but after two months of purchase that the price mistake is made by our online billing system and your refund is not possible and they misbihave to me.  

Solution of your complaintthe price diffrence that is around 7000.00 refund to me and the official accept their mistake. 
Actioni am concerning with the consumer form " Sayani Rani" and also concern with consumer court
