Hi,
I got this Airtel digital tv free along with the samsung offer and was told that mega plan will be free for next five months, and the packed i needed to watch few extra channels which is called cine plus will be charged extra rs 35 a month. I recharged my account for Rs 300 recharge coupon from airtel and called them back to activate the cineplus pack. Airtel representative activated all the packs which were available which are called as south pack , east pack north pack sports channels which i never wanted. For which i had called customer care and informed them however they gave me a date 07 jan 2009 by which this all will be resolved. I specifically mentioned that I do not want any extra money to be deducted from my account as it was not me who has actually asked for the same. And with all common sense me being north indian would be intersted in watching tamil or a bengali channels. Languages which i dont even understand.
i called up again and raised another complaint with the Team Leader called David K, which no one knew if he was really a team leader or not. Still I was given a complaint number 494836.
where in i have asked for a manager call back as i thought that there is nothing anyone on the levels of team leader or agent can do much about my issue.
Now I spoke with sudhakar selvaraj who is a manager ( I am still not sure if he is a manager)
who has promised me a call back in next 2 hours and my services have been deactivated wef 19 jan 2009.
Can you please help me get this thing sorted out if possible ?

Solution of your complaintMy Money which ever has been credited due to there mistake should be reverted back and I would still doubt if they will be able to do any thing of it.  
ActionI will go to consumer court and will make this issue raised in media as well.
