sir,
I went to chandrapura railway station for getting resevation in hatia rajendra nagar express.i was standing in que from 11:00 hrs. the railway employee, who was doing reservation for passengers was taking rservation forms from inside the office for some of the local resevation agents without taking care the people in que. I opposed his way of working, then he used slant language against me.
At the same time, i have opted for one lower berth and asked for one middle berth in the same compartment as i had planned to journey with my wife.Although, the my desired births were available, the reservation clerk has booked side upper and side lower for me. He told me that it is punishment for you.
please take necessary action against the resevation clerk to prevent above mentioned wrong doing. 

Solution of your complaintthe reservatoin clerk should be given a show cause notice and necessary punishment as per rule of indian railways. 
ActionI will write a complain to DRM and GM of concern railway zone.
