following is the copy of all the mails being sent to pelsoft for resolution of the problem which is pending and now they are threatning of dire consequences if we ask them to refund the money taken as repair charges and the money paid at th initial agreement.

i suffered a major set back which occured due to the corruption of the data files which corrupted due to the problem in question which is pelsoft is attending from past four months and now they are saying its the part of business.

This further to my visit on 19th January at ur office at vikas puri i reached there at 1.30 pm showed u writtn proof of how pel soft treated me from the past four month and left at 4.30 pm with no solution of my problem.

You promised that your engineer will come to my place at 10.30 am on 20th january 2009 but no one has arrived till 2.10 pm in between i have called you almost 10 times and u said your engineer is stuck up in traffice jam etc.

I think Mr Pradeep this is not the right way to deal with your customer

I was facing problem of restarting and switching of my pc frequently from the past 10 days and keep on calling the amc department. and amc department is sending the different engg on different calls no body is able to understand the problem of my pc since every time a new person comes open my pc apply his own technice and said that now pc is ok sign the report and the moment that engineer left my office my pc will again start troubling.

Worst part is first one engineer said my MOTHER BOARD is having problem he has taken to lab for three days problem not solved secondly they said problem is with my RAM i said change it they changed the RAM problem still presist. thridly they said problem is with my SMC i said change it problem still continue fourthly they said my LAN card is a problem i said change is BUT PROBLEM STILL CONTINUE.

Last night also one engineer has come spent about 1.5 hrs and assured me that now everything is alright but nothing has been changed with my PC it is still troubling.

I sincerely expect the management of pelsoft to please interevene and send some expirenced person who is able to understand the problem of my pc and able to get rid of the problem i am facing. i hope this mail will reach to some responsible person who will do some thing.
