Dear Sir,
I had taken the above mobile no 9871723047 on dated 14-11.08 and paid the first bill even though my mobile services disconnected on 7th December without any notice. when I contacted your customer care told me that the services is withdrawn due to non-payment after two days when I told them the payment detail they again give me the another reason your address verification failed.
I would like to bring in your notice that on the time of connection I had given my Identity Card and ration card for address proof again after ten days customer care executed Vikas Marg,relationship centre,super technoship Mrs Suman called me for address verification again and added the same and I produce the address proof. Unfortunately after all this the services from mobile was withdrawn.
I am sorry to say that your services are very poor and harassing the customer. I have not received the bill amount Rs 1173 as indicate in your letter dated 14th January 2009. Therefore here by I am surrendering your data card mobile. Pl sends the bill for final payment and refund my amount Rs 2999 paid to you .
