I've TamilNadu BSNL SIM Card +91 948 614 8157. I used past two plus years. Actually last week my SIM card shows "Inactive SIM". I try to some other mobile (Sony to Motorola). It is getting same. So, I couldn't able to call any body and same that, I didn't get any call from others. So, Immediately I call the BSNL Customer Center (TamilNadu) through Land line phone. They told that SIM is not locked it is activated. I reply, but I could not able to call from this SIM. They told that it is not my fault. You purchase another duplicate SIM card at customer care center. Actually that time Iím Chennai. So, I miss lot of calls. But there didnít get care. They said that when come to native place and purchase the new duplicate card. Iím getting upset. and also i try to visit the BSNL Customer care Gundi, Chennai. but they are told only got out of chennai that is chengalpattu, kangipurm or else your native place to collect the duplicate SIM. we cant do anything. atleast they check my SIM at time. but they didnot do. they told me that go to your native place customer care center.
|Solution of your complaint||pl provide the SIM to all BSNL customer care center, dont splitted the chennai and Tamilnadu. because of all of them is in BSNL not in other network.
And also Customer care ladies please give the reponse to talk. we are educated. do need full answer. |
|Action||nothing, because of they are Govt. staff. i know they didnot get care. so, what can i do? |
