i have been using the airtel cug plan for almost 8 months. In the last 2 months, because i was abroad and did not hav a credit card, i couldnt pay my bill. So, while I was abroad, my girlfriend, in whose name I purchased the sim card was contacted by the bill alert department. She couldnt pay my bill so she explained tht i will be returning only a week later. She kept on getting calls and one lady who called from the bill alert dept of airtel was extremely rude, and she went to the extent of abusing and swearing at my girlfriend. She was using such foul language, and used the word SLUT, the "F" word, and vowed that she will not leave her alone.
I was so shocked at how someone can speak like this to a customer! We lodged many complaints against this lady, but no serious action was taken... we even met the Basullah road showroom manager, Mr. ram(in T nagar in chennai) but he never took our problem seriously, and was refusing to give the name of any higher authority whom we contact and complain to.
Not only this lady, but even other airtel showroom employees have no respect for customers.
Im extremely saddened that such a huge and reputed organisations reputation is being spoilt because of the employees at the lower level. it shows a lack of vision of the Airtel company. If they dont ensure that customers are treated well, I dont see how this company is going to flourish.
Now we have disconnected from airtel and are using VODAFONE which we are very happy with. The customer care is also very good. 

Solution of your complaintI think they should atleast make that lady apologise to us, which they have never bothered to do. They should really train their employees to speak politely to all customers, irrespective of what the case may be. 
ActionI want to sue airtel for firstly, appointing such cheap people to handle customers and secondly , for not even taking my complaint seriously.
