My daughter purchased a bike from Best bikes USA on Dec 11, 2008 as a birthday present for a friend, the bike turned out to be to small. She has been trying to contact your company since Dec 27th with numerous e-mails and phone calls by her and me, neither have been responded to until today; my daughter recieved a call while she was in school and asked the company to call her back, I asked her give me the caller ID number which turned out to be a phone connected to a fax machine. I tried once again to call their business numbers and send e-mail, again and still no response.
