I purchased an Airtel Digital TV connection through online on 16-Jan-09. As per the process they should deliver the setup box and do installation with in 72 hours. But it is not done yet.
I got the activation kit through one of their agent and recharged the voucher to activate the service on 19 Jan by calling their customer service number. Once the activation was done he told me he will generate a customer order and a airtel technician will come with the setup box the next day and install it. He also informed me that I will get a sms with my customer id, installation timing etc with in 24 hours. But I didnít get any call from them.
One repeated calling (each call takes around 30-45mins) also I havenít got any response from them. Every time they say it will be done in hours but it never happens.
I am tired of calling their customer support because it takes a lot of time to get connected and explain them the story from the beginning.
