My Nokia 5310 handset had a microphone problem. It is still under warranty. I provided the phone to Micronas telecom Centre which is located in C4 sector 2 Noida for service. it is an authorised nokia service centre. After a few days, I got a call saying my phone was repaired but when I went back to collect the phone, the fault persisted as it was and nothing had been done. they took my phone back saying it had to be repaired by the "head office". After about 2 weeks, I got a call saying it was repaired. but again when i traveled to their office to collect it, the fault was still present. I patiently complied and this cycle of events happened for 5 times!!! I wanted my phone to be replaced as it was under warranty. they wouldn't do that. Finally I just had to give up.
Solution of your complaint
I want my fault rectified/phone replaced.
Also, I want Nokia to have surprise inspections on these sites so that they donot indulge in such practices. I see a lot of dissatisfied customers at all nokia care centers.
I would complain about this to the local consumer court.
