I am very disappointed with the Nokia Care Service centre at Phase 4, Mohali (SAS Nagar).
There were problems in my set which I was ignoring as I was not having a spare set as backup.
I went to Nokia Care Phase 4,Mohali (SAS Nagar, Punjab), today.
The handset was examine in front to me. There was dust at a place inner side at the charger socket and could be cleared from a brush.
Which may be on most Nokia N73 handset even I use data cable to connect this edge/3G hand set for internet too.
Based on this Mr. Rajneesh (Engineer)has decides a service as well as installation of Nokia software at my cost, just because there was no part replacement required.
It was nominal but it pinch when you expect positive responses from handset giants authorities.
I do not think he entertain me properly, if Nokia Care are for making money for under warranty sets than it is a very bad practices for a big corporate house .
The set is still not gone through any service or installation yet, I am expecting a positive response from your end.
ASK NOKIA page is not working the result page is showing " The address or link may be invalid or out of date"
