My Name is Prakash kardode.

My complain no. is Mum00-486

My dvd player is with one year warranty.

I had registered complaint on 31/12/2008

technician visited my home on 2nd january 2009.

He told me some part is faulty will need to replace.

After several calls from me to service centre, their answer is same

" we dont have pats."

Now today, 24 th of january 2009, they are saying they will put it for replace ment.
but it will take atleast 15 days.

is it take 11/2 month for service.

I am really upset with moserbaer pathetic service.

HOpe people will knew about it. so beware before purchasing any moserbaer product.

Consumer cell please help me.

Solution of your complaintthey should repalce DVD player within 1-2 dyas& shall provide 1/12/ month warranty more.
