I should have known something was wrong when I walked into the store and I was looking at dresses and there was not one but two different sets of families that where there complaining about how their dresses turned out. I picked out a gown and paid half for the dress. I ordered a white halter top type gown. I also ordere a size larger than what they had at the store. I went back and paid the rest of the gown off and they still didnt have it there. They knew that I was coming that day to pay off the gown and that I wanted to see it, they also knew that we live in the next county over so it was not a short drive for us. Once there the owner, but they way who had a bad attitude from the start asked us to wait a couple of hours so that she could go get the dress from the warehouse. Then once she did get back it was an ivory dress not a white dress without the halter top. After a couple of months went by I went back to try on my dress and no one would help me. And to top it off my halter top still was not done! A few months more went by and my and family and I were having money problems and we were unable to have the wedding we planned and I called to let Jeannine know and she was rude and unpleasent and would not give the six hundred dollars back that I paid for the dress that I never had in my possesion. I will never recomend this company to anyone not just because I did not get my money back for a dress I never even wore but because their attitude sucks and they have no tact when it comes to running a business or for the feelings for the people that are giving them their trust for the most important day in their lives. 

Solution of your complaintMy money back and more so a better attitude. Not to be rude to the people buying your products!
