In the month of November suddenly my above TV became absolutely blank with no picture or sound.approximately around 25th Nov. or so I lodged a complaint through customer care vide request ID N8CB2804068. After waiting for 2 days 2 boys came and after checking the set, told us that they will bring some part following day, which are required to be replaced.
The came the 2nd day with the new parts, but forgot another part, for which they phone the company and found that the particular part is not available in the stock and will be made available after 2 days.
Anyhow they again appeared after 2 days with the part, but found that the defect was not because of that part, but the screen has been short circuited, so it needs to be replaced. I had no option accept to agree, and they promised to get it done within 48 hrs.
after 4 days when I again reminded, I was told that screen is not available and might take a week, as they have sent the request for requisition, and also suggested to contact Mr. Satendra or Mr. Manish in this connection.
After leaving couple of messages and calling I talked to Mr. Manish and he told that we are ready to refund the amount, so you need to give us the original bill's photocopy, which was given to their man around 5-6th December. Then there was no satisfactory reply from the call centre or through Mr. Manish, except that they have referred the matter to the company, and i should contact Mr. Satendra, which I did but the usual delaying practice was there, without any satisfactory reply. Some times they said that they will refund my money and next time that they will replace the set, which is a clear indication that there was some manufactiring defect in the set from the beginning, because the same thing happened about 6 months before also, but at that time your technicians attended it promptly and changed some wires or soldered some inside connection to make the set run properly.
I again reminded vide my complaint ID N9C11304100 and further through N9C11403993 and it was attended by Mr. Qutubuddin and Mr. Jamil attended the set and managed to take the set to the company on 15th January 2009.
Twice Mr., Qutubuddin enquired me about the progress, which is zero. So I thought to bring the whole thing in your knowledge for a prompt and immediate action.

Solution of your complaintI would prefer if my money is refunded immediately so I am not deprived of viewing my favorite serials on the bigger screen 
ActionYou better suggest me, because I don't want to go to the consumer court if the matter is settled amicably, which will be better for me as well as for the goodwill of your service after sales
