I bought a nokia headset from vaishali nagar mobile store in jaipur. after two months handsfree of that handset have demeged, but my set was under warrenty, i visted to mobile store, but they did not give any responce and talk rurly and forward me nokia care, i visited to nokia care at sodala new snagner road. there i meet customer care represtetive, he told me that this handsfree is duplicate so it would not be replace. i surprised and visit again vaishali, they did not accept me, and said me may be you chaged it. i requested them it is that which was avilable with handset.
regarding this requesting you plese help me, mobile store is doing frod with customers, they are supplying loose meterial, which is very chep rate wise.
|Solution of your complaint||my hendsfree must be changed, and employee of mobile store should be educated, they can never provide customer support. |
|Action||i am media person, i will print a press note in local newspapers, and collecting proff and make this frode story and bring the clearness of this co. in front of public. and suggest them they should not purchase any thing from mobile store, and close these type of unsupported store at from raj. |
