I have requested for disconnection of my post-paid Vodafone connection (GE 275 plan) 9742579157 (Account Number 4.7109.00.00.100148)through customer care on 26/12/2008, but to my surprise the customer care executive has said that that option was not there with them but should approach near by Vodafone stores and pay out standing dues and request for disconnection. I have approached Vodafone stores on 11/01/2009 at ITPL main road, Kundalahalli and paid Rs 513/-(out standing amount 813/- deducting 300/- deposit paid, as directed by customer service executive at stores), the same information was informed to Mr.ramalinga Reddy pradeep kumar, executive ar Vodafone, HO, bangalore by email and requested to disconnect the connection, but to my surprise I received again Vodafone bill for this month and requested to pay 300/- and service is active again.

This unprofessional way of Vodafone people irritates me, is there any way to get rid of this people, atleast to approach consumer form / court.
