airtel has introduced hellotunes service to custermers and they are charging 30 rs monthly subscription and 15 rs for each song. i never subscribe to that but they automatically assume that im a subscriber and deduct 45 rs from my account. ive recharged for 300 lastday out of which only 50 rs talk time is there and from that they deduct 45 rs , how can i make calls then.

this is the scond time im complaining this matter to their customer service .last month they deduct 30 rs for missed calls alerts subscription and due to repeated requests they refunded that .but it takes 2weeks time
nw also the condition is same. so every month i need to wait and request for my money about half a month period which is very pathetic
 

Solution of your complaintthese are the advertisements techniques they introduced ,but fooling customers will only reduce thier support 
Actionill approach consumer court if i again happens to me
