This is regarding a reliance connection that I had taken from reliance in September and that has been my biggest fault of 2008. Anyways my phone number was 022 30827172 which has been disconnected and my billing account number is 100000110395984 (Customer A/c Number: 100109767739).
Anyways after numerous erroneous bills and repeated aims to get the issues resolved (84732274 being one complaint number and other numerous complaints between 30th Dec 12th Jan) and after a call from a RRT person named David assuring that everything has been taken care of and is in place (assuring me that I have infact made an extra payment of 300 and need not make any payment for my Dec bill) my broadband connection has been discontinued on the 15th Jan. Anyways I have repeatedly now been asking the customer service to terminate my reliance connection and give me freedom from Reliance but that apparently is an elusive thing they cant take such a request. But then the multiple collection calls that I have been receiving from Reliance has forced me to write this mail and request that my connection be terminated and I be stopped from harassment from Reliance.
