Dear Nokia customers,
This is my bitter experience with nokia N70 music edition, I want to share with you. I bought my nokia handset in Dec/2007. Eversince I bought I have been facing same and repeated
problems. Since it has a warranty period of one year I have sent my nokia mobile to the Chennai nokia care center.
See how reckless the Nokia care people are for their valuable customers. I had to send my mobile to the chennai nokia care center repeatedly for 5 times from hyderabad. This is mirroring their worst care about their customers. In fact, my mobile should have repaired when I sent it for the first time to the chennai nokia care center. But till now also it was not repaired. My mobile is at chennai nokia care center right now also.
I donít say that all the handsets are flawless. some pieces may get manufacturing problems. But proper customer care must be taken. I spoke to the Nokia care people many times. They keep talking to the customers in a cool manner but at the end of the day nothing useful things will be found.
Now I want to go for consumer forum. But before that I want to bring this matter into notice of the people who want to buy Nokia handsets where customer service is found worst.

|Solution of your complaint||Actually, initially I wanted my mobile get repaired but the repeated recklessness of the nokia care people developed my perseverance to replace my mobile with new one. They have made me send my mobile back to the chennai nokia care center for five times. it means most of the time my mobile is not with me. |
