This is regarding major issue. I am holding 2 airtel post paid connection 098906XXXXX, 09860XXXXXX. Because of unethical business processes implimented by Airtel i have decided to close both the connection. Several time i have rasied the complaints in Customer care but i found there is no action taken, i am using these two connection from more tan 3 years. Its not easy to change the number but its not imposible. The most unethical issue i want to raise is your system is not responding to the payment i made by check no 188431Icici bank as security deposit, My Account is debited but Customer care asked me to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org i did that but there is no response. I am afraid that Airtel will refund me my Deposit as system is not showing this amount. Why customer is not treated as dignity and ethically? Why customer care department is not capable to resolve this issue? Why Request No :- 20348129 date 22/01/2009 was not resolved? Why i should pay the rent?
