Dear Mr.Suresh,
As we BIG BAZAAR were busy due to the big days and its over now. Due to this reason there was a delay in responding on your E-Mail.
Any full body paint work completes when all the parts of body including engene room and its bottom got painted, In my car which is pending-engene room and the bottom, so its clear that I have paid around Rs 18000/ without work completion.There were few of the spare parts like blower lever, inroof light & many a screws missed out which is collected today from yours serveice centre- I am here with attaching the photographes of the same above said matters.
Any engene work will be completed when we top-up with fresh engene oil or else it will cause damage to the valuable engene it is well aware. For my car the engene oil cannot even check due to the bent needle, any way its not full and for which I have paid around Rs.9000/ as mentioned in the bill.
There is no justice in terms of collecting money unless and until work comletion.The total amount which is collected by you is arond Rs.28,000/ for the this incompleted automobile work on top of it the wastage of time and mental harrasement from your side is really HERCULES....Pl give a pure focus on any customer because ultimate goal is to get good business and relationship.
Dear suresh what is easy and difficult? Easy is- to judge the mistake of others,difficult is to recognise our own mistake.Rather than thinking about Bajaj Allia.. insurance(as you have mentioned in the mail) would have been focussed on solving an authentic customer problem which will result always a winwin situation.Pl revert back in return E- mail regarding this matter.

Parts which were missed to refit & collected today from Hercules (28th jan-09). 

Solution of your complaintWaiting or giving again to the same Authorised center is Waste of both time and money. The only solution is pay back the amt which collected
