i have purchased an airtel prepaid connection through a sub dealer near mine residence on 12/04/06 .He need some documents that i have completed . but after three days i recieved a call by airtel for the submission of proofs regarding mine id that i have sumbitted already. then i called up to airtel customer care. he replied that ,"may be mine records have not reached to the head office thats why we have called u up but be in contact of ur dealer.same day i have talked to mine dealer . he said that ,"his bag has been stolen so sumbitted the proofs again. then i have sumbitted it again but still i have not recd. any positive action .even airtel customer care is saying to sumbit the proof again to any registered office. how many times i have to sumbit mine proofs??pls help me out  

Solution of your complaintEither i want mine proof back and mine money also or if they cant do so then they should restart mine number again ,return back mine one proof and written soory for the mishandling of mine proofs. 
Actioni will go for the consumer court
