BY MISTAKE I HAD PRESSED THE STAR BUTTON WHILE DIALING TO MY FRIEND AND THE BLODY PEOPLE ACTIVATED THE HELLO TUNE AND DEDUCTED MY ACCOUNT BALANCE THREE TIMES ( RS. 15/- FIRST, Rs.15 /- second time and after few second Rs. 30/- )
GOD SAVED ME, THAT I DIDNT HAD A BALANCE OF MORE THAN 60/-

FROM THAT MOMENT I WAS TRYING TO THE CONTACT THE CUSTOMER CARE ON 121, BUT THE OPTION TO TALK TO THE EXECUTIVE BY PRESSING 9 IS NOT ACTIVE. AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN TRYING, BUT ALL IN VAIN.

Solution of your complaint MY SUGGETION IS THAT, WHEN SOMEBODY PRESSING THE STAR BUTTON, YOU (AIRTEL) PEOPLE SHOULD CALL THE CUSTOMER & INFORM HIM THE RULES & CHANRGES TO CONFIRM THE ACTION (YOU CAN DO IT THROUGH A VOICE RESPODING SYSTEM, NOT NECESSARY TO CALL BY THE EXECUTIVE) 
ActionCONTINUE THE CONNECTION, BUT WILL NEVER ATTEND A SERVICE CALL AND NEVE PRESS STAR BUTTON TO SELECT A HELLO TUNE.
