This is in regards to the reliance broadband connection that was initiated by me for over a Month.
I have made repeated calls to reliance to complain about the same with no results im still getting a download speed of MAX 28 KB/sec and average speed of 15 KB/sec.
Your enginners have visited my place a number of times and claim that the connection setup and paramters are all correct still i get such pathetic speed.
I would like to let you know that not only noticed by me but each and everyone working in my IT office and whenever we have an issue with Reliance and call up customer care regarding the same they transfer the call to the Technical team who creates a complain number and that complain number gets closed over night without even finding the need to know from the customers if the issue has been resolved.
I have called up reliance atleast 25 - 30 times now and have suffered the plight of never getting my issue resolved.
Lately Mr.Ritesh from Reliance called me up and said that this is the speed you would get on a 600 kbps Wimax connection and if you want better speed upgrade the plan ? isnt that ridiculous ?
My question is while setting up the connection and paying the advance check of 2500 Rs why dont your technicians state that this would never work and you would only get 10 kbps download where as when you will be paying for 70 kbps download.
Sir i am really very frustrated with the service and nobody in Reliance customer support is ready to help me out further.
