Tata Indicom WiMax was installed on 10 Jan 2009. But it never functioned properly.
So fare I have registered 3 complaints for this issue. Twice technician came; he played around and connection started working for few hours. After 6-7 hours it again stopped working.
I have registered 3rd complaint - 8563316 on 24 Jan 2009 between 21:00-22:00. I have requested for an engineer visit on the very next day - nobody turned up. I received a call on 26 Jan 2009 at 08:30 from the customer service representative and they confirmed me that an engineer will visit my place at 09:30 (on the same day). Nobody turned up - I got a call from an - engineer - PRASANNA RAJ at 11:30 and he asked me for address and landmark - I was completly frustrated and told Prasanna Raj that he should verify the address from his office and come to my residence to rectify the issue. Nobody turned up. At 16:30 when we called Prasanna Raj - he said that - We have informed him to come on the next day - a HUGE LIE; I disconnected the phone.
Till date nobody came from Tata Indicom. I received couple of calls from Tata Indicom on the subsequent days and spoken to the one of the Supervisor (I think her name was Priya - not really sure though - the call was from HYDERABAD) and she promised me to send an engineer on the next day - so far nobody turned up.
