I called to obtain information on how to return a printer which had been already approved for return and replacement. It took me 3 1/2 hours to obtain the information. The case # is: 8020829989. First idiot wanted me to go through all the steps of testing again, after an hour of "please hold for a couple of minutes" I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told he could not do this. I hung up and started all over again. This time it took the same amount of time to be transfered to the dept that would take the credit card info and give me instruction. It took an hour for this idiot to take down the card information with again, long pauses of "please hold for a moment". I had to repeat 4 times how to write down my email address, street address and zip code.
It would have cost me less to just go out and purchase another printer -- any other brand except an HP!!
|Solution of your complaint||Bring your service back to America and hire people who know how to speak english and who have brains enough to key in the info in a timely manner. |
