On March 16, 2006 I was on my way home and just before I arrived there I heard a noise in the rear on right side. So I stopped and tried to see what was wrong, so I then I called dealership and they told me to call roadside assistance. They called and came within 45min from the time I got home.

The next day around 8:00 am I called to remind them that my truck was there and what was wrong. Then around 11:00 am service manager (Delono) called me back to say that it was fixed and ready when I wanted it .I did asked him if they could bring it to me ,but they were short handed and the person the use to shuttle people was out sick
So I had to pick it up. When I pick it up around 4:00pm by the time I went to my part-time job out 7miles) the noise was still there. So then I called (Delono) and told him the noise was still there and he asked me if I could bring it back. I said (Iím on the way now) I then drove about 1mile and the noise was getting louder, so I pulled over at Miller Park and said I scared to drive any further So I waited 15 min and (Delono) and Mike came and I explained noise again .Mike got in the truck and pulled it into the parking lot to look to see If he could see anything and didnít. Mike then got back in my truck and I rode with Delono back to dealership before we even made it back the noise then was so loud you could hear it from a distance. They then fixed something which they didnít say what happened But service manager (Delono) was very sorry for what I happened and told me my next oil change was FREE.

On March 23, 2006 went back to dealership around 4:45pm Delono mech. And I went for a ride on the express was on 3 types of pavement once we went back to the shop Mech. Went to make a call to talk with Mike to see what the thought and after about 5 min or so Delono came back to tell me that my brakes we find and I was not in any danger and he has heard worse noise than my and I the do something about it could make it worse 50/50 change that I would help, So he said what do you want me to do and then he said I call the rep. in the morning and see when I can get him here to ride with you .And I said fine.

April 3, 2006 Took vehicle back with problems still and they said the took to another service department and found nothing wrong with it.

April 06.2006 I took truck to Lynchburg Tire to hear the noise and the rechecked my brakes and there are fine, They can hear noise and told me to call toll free number 1-800-934-0934.

On April 18th the Rep Chris Green. Then he asked me to come to Charlottesville, VA at 1:00 pm.
So I went and they say that they checked the brakes and could hear the sound but didnít know where it was coming from. So after that they changed my tires and put on another set if another XL 7 noise was still there.

Since then I have spoke with Everett Green and Chris Green Suzuki rep wanted me to come back to Charlottesville, VA again for them to look at the same problem again I didnít see the point and taking time off from work and to be reimburse for the drive again I didnít think that was fair to me.

So as of May 4, 2006 I took my truck to Waterlick Garage and John the tech felt very strong that it is brake related and I took back on the 5th

Solution of your complaintIf the tech at dealership would not be on commission, baybe they would look into the problen alot closer,Because I dont even have 34,000 miles at this point  
ActionWell since you have asked this question I have taken it to another shop today May 5 2006 for them to look at the problem because they wante dme to drive 1 hr to them again. So Im waiting to see what they say hoping that they can help me so that I can contact rep and serv. manager to let them know the problem.
