This complaint is regarding how responsible are these service providers, they are just here in the market to suck their customers blood and leave them with frustration. My post paid number - 9717092444 was never activated as it was failed because of address verification documents.
But, I got a surprise on new year , I recieve a bill with bill amount of 9.02 INR , I discussed the same issue with Airtel customer care department but none of the agent solved my queries and they disconnected my phone which increased my frustration level and lead to high blood preassure which can be a big risk for any individual life. I am totally dissatisfied with Airtel services.
For refernece - I am attaching the content of the mail which I recieved in the month of 07OCt 2008 from their customer care dept.
