sir/madam the problem is that i hav not activated any WAP services on my mobile whose number is 9779533239.it is activated by the airtel by default and they charge me Rs 10 on 1/2/09
for this service. now on on 2/9/09 they deducted Rs 10 at 8:30 PM and at 11:39 PM deducted another Rs 10.basically i hav not activated any WAP services and when i call to customer service they are not giving any satisfactory answer.but the are saying this is your fault.
please help me .this is not even in my case. i face this problem even a no of time before and some of my friends.company never feel that it is their mistake sometimes they said it is technical fault we cant do anything.
