Dear Sir/ Madam,
I have sent a courier from Bangalore to Mumbai on 25-Oct-2008, the parcel has received after a week and items inside the parcel are missing.
The receiver has made a note on the consignment saying that there are some items missing. I have given a complaint at the branch i have booked the parcel and also online in DTDC website. but there is no response till this time.
The people in basavangudi branch are comparing it with a court case where it may take few months are may be few years to investigate.
I was waiting till now. Could you help in this regard? If not can you let me know how i should proceed. Its worth 3500/-

|Action||I was waiting till now not thought of any action, but not solved then i want to lodge a complaint against them and file a case. |
