I would like to notify that, I got this mobile under the scheme of TATA motors on purchase of TATA Indica Car on December 12, 2008.
I have been given assurance that the mobile will be delivered to me in 7 days of purchase. I received the same on December 27, 2008 and all the documents and photograph for the purpose of the connection has been collected by the delivery person. My connection was supposed to activated within 2 days from December 27, 2008.
After January 3rd I contacted Mr. Kiran from Malik Cars who provided me the no. of Mr Awashesh Sharma (9246308288) Tata Indicom Regional head of Andhra Pradesh.
I spoke to Mr Sharma got his email id from him (Awashesh.Sharma@tatatel.co.in). He promised me that this will be resolved within 24 hours after I provide him the details. My first email went to him on January 3, 2009 with all the details stating my Date of Purchase, Date of Received, My contact No. the new MDN no. of the TATA Indicom Connection. I was very shocked to know that I did not get any reply till January 14, 2009.
On a first stage Mr. Sharma stated that they have received the wrong documents and made different stories that the documents are correct the signature is missing. On January 30, 2009 he called me and said the documents are misplaced and he would require the fresh set of new documents with the photograph and signatures. I agreed to same and provided the fresh set of documents to him with my photograph and signatures.
I am very furious and harrased by his service and interaction. I have been following up with him and everytime I call him...he says, "Sir..I am not able to listen you..hello hello" and disconnects the phone. Till today February 4, 2009 my services are not active.
I had faith in TATA, but I am in a state of SORRY to myself for having chosen TATA in my daily life.
