I had taken your setup box on written agreement that at the time of returning the setup box, 85% will be returned. No one is returning this amount when i went for returning the box due to my home address changed.
I have complained this many times to the person Deepak Shivale but he has not answered to any of my emails till now. I had spoken with him in the month of July 2008 and explained all the history for this. He had told me to send him mail along with the proof of the written agreement which i did. But there is no response from him after that. Since more than 6 months i am fighting for getting my money back as per agreement.
How can you survive in this kind of bad service where your managers are not listening to your customers and not helping them even though it has been agreed while getting the connection?
