Hi,
This is Altaf here.I have purchased a Relaince GSM sim card from blue crescent Reliance web store on 12/01/2009.And I have paid the amount of Rs 45.The store charge excess amount of Rs 20.I have discuss the customer care of reliance and they told me that you need not to pay Rs 20 because before 14/01/2009 card is preactivated with 900 talktime you pay only the price of card Rs25 only.When I booked the complaint to reliance web store and customer care the complaint not resolve yet.
