I have my airtel landline no.4110072(Ghaziabad).My complaint is I have made a cash payment of Rs.800(odd)in the month of Sept.2008.The cash was collected by one of the Airtel collection boy from my home.The boys used to come and collect the cheques/cash monthly from home.The boy who came and collected cash was wearing the bedge of Airtel and he issued a cash receipt but this amount was not credited to my account and the bill for the next month came with previous outstanding.I enquired about the same when there was a call from the call centre to make payment.I narreted the story and they assured me that to make payment of the current bill and the next bill will come with correct amount.In the month of December I delayed payment for want of correct bill and supplied photocopies of all the receipts from the month of may(Mr.Amit collected all the photo copies)and the same was confirmed by the person from the call centre.But all in vein.They disconnected my Phone.In the month of January I received a call from the call centre for payment when I told them to disconnect my phone and settle the account but till nowno response from their end.Every time for last 3 months they send a person to collect the photocopies of payment receipt but no action is taken yet.

Now,I want also a support from you if I should go to consumer forum for harrasing me by making so many calls for making payment.Once I told them to disconnect the phone then why not they are settling my account.

Now a days my phone is disconnected because of airtel people then why should I pay.Please help
